Madam There is no menu as such it is that I can just tell you certain items how do you incorporate into your child’s meal and schedule that is completely on you so basically when you start with it you should give Dal water like Moon Dal water rice water to develop a little bit is like 3-4 teaspoons at a point of time I slowly gradually you can introduce Khichdi porridge mashed banana mashed potato mashed sweet potato vegetable purée fruits curd Paneer all these things are healthy to go for
