A. Introduction of Solids: Around the age of six months, you can start introducing solid foods. It's important to watch for signs of readiness, which may include the ability to sit up, interest in food, and the loss of the tongue-thrust reflex (pushing food out of the mouth). Start with single-grain cereals or pureed fruits and vegetables. Balancing Breast Milk or Formula with Solids: Continue to breastfeed or provide formula alongside solid foods. The transition to solids is gradual, and you should maintain breastfeeding or formula feeding as a significant part of your baby's diet.
