11am any fruit as papaya apple pear sapota banana.
1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad..
4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka..
7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha..
10pm a cup of milk..
