Hello mom babies this age can be given a mix of liquids and semi solids and mashed consistency foods start with one time a day and then gradually increase the quantity and number of meals and variety . You can give them steamed vegetables or soups or fresh fruit juices or purée or porridge made with ragi or suji or multigrain mix or kichidi etc

fruit puree
mashed potatoes
can give alternate feeds of food and breastfeeding
