A. In 2 years, there are variety of fiber rich foods that can be included in baby's diet like all types of fruits in their original form, beans, broccoli, peas, carrot, dry fruits, lentils, sweet potato, pop corn, oats, chickpea, kidney beans, etc. Fresh juices also have fiber, but it us recommended to give the fruits in slices as the it is better for getting more essential nutrients.
