A. ok. hl l Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

You should avoid most of the carbs and protein is in to your daily diet their important but have it in a limited quantity and you should follow a proper diet and exercise and if you want to lose on your way because I think is very much important when you are looking forward to lose the weight in a proportionate mannerWrite Your Answer Here
