A. hi please do the following things: avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age. spend quality time with your child. play different games ,sing rhymes and read story books with your child. let your child feel bored ,it will gradually make your child think creatively. offer age appropriate toys like buliding blocks, puzzles etc offer homemade healthy and well balanced diet. avoid giving processed,too much salty and sugary food keep your child well hydrated provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene.
