NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should either exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby compltes 6 months or in the case if the breastmilk is not sufficient then you can be giving your child infant formula milk whivh is absolutely safe to be given for the baby but do not give baby any food till baby complete 6 months
