A. dear mum, for one and half years old baby, for healthy weight gain give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit. avoid intake of junk and packet foods

A. hi food items like boiled potato , sweet potato ,rice , fruits like apple, banana, papaya, avacado, dates etc are best you can give full cream milk with dry fruits powder once in a day.
