A. Dear parent, you should give all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Give dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates. Add ghee to baby’s food.
