A. it is due to teething. there is itching, pain, drooling of saliva, swelling in the gums, oral finger insertion, irritability and crying during the teething process. with the help of your fingers you can press the gums of the child to decrease the pain as well as you can give a pacifier but it should be clean. you can give a a cold cotton cloth to bite and press between the gums the child is crying due to pain then you can give paracetamol which will also help in decreasing the pain long-term medicine are usually not advisable

A. There Could be lots and lots of them like having fever diarrhoea sometimes you can see loss of appetite unnecessary irritation to the child so these are some things which can you can believe and sometimes you will see that your child only wants to take everything into the mouth
