Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi you can give soy milk, almond milk,or any plant based milk as substitute of cow milk. give ragi ,dry fruits more . it is best to provide Early morning sunbath for 20 minutes a day for formation of vitamin D.
