#AskTheExpert what are the ideal home made solid foods to start with? When can we introduce vegetables, fish, chicken, mutton?

A. start with mashed boiled Moong Daal, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree of pears, avocado, apple, ripe banana, papaya, avoid non veg food till 1 yr

A. hi parent the all can be given to her after one and half years for niw , soups and probiotics, meshed vegetables and fruits, khichdi upma daliya sheera khir porridge etc are good
