You Can go for all kind of fruits period to begin with vegetable purees vegetable soup and then you can go for mash banana mashed potato mashed sweet potato Suji Kheer Upma Halwa porridge khichadi and you can go for all dairy products for which I like Paneer cheese curd and coconut water and food amount of water of course
