SonaMom of 3 children4 years agoA. since you havent mentioned the present weight of your child, on the flip side of the things suggested already by others, remember that the weight increases very very slowly post 1 year.. its even more slow in the 2nd year. this is cause the child is very active . height increases more and your little one would become lean after losing the baby fat. so if in case your baby is in the average weight range for the age then you need not worry at all🙂 as long as they r active there is no need to worry.

add calories dense foods like fruits, cereal, dal, ghee, cheese, cow's milk and milk products
encourage daily physical activity along with diet

for healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
