A. Hi Mom, dont worry if your baby is active, happy and reaching milestones properly. on an average, we can expect baby to gain about 500 to 700 gm weight in a month, double at 6 months and triple at the age of 1 year as per birth weight. small deviation is absolutely fine. continue exclusive breastfeeding to baby for complete 6 months feed on regular intervals after 2 hours or on demand. make sure to burp your baby after every feed. maintain good hygiene avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
