The toddler can be given almost all family foods now, so you can probably include foods such as dry fruits , nuts and seeds, fresh fruit milk shake as well, you can also give ghee, panner, soya, tofu, dals, legumes such as lobia, chana, rajma etc , eggs, rice, roti, chilla made of gram flour as well
NasmajabeeMom of a 2 yr 8 m old boy7 months agoA. give him a proper food... rice , chappathi musg give 3 to 5 badam every day morning... it will change ur baby weight.... and also give a porridge.... that is made up of..... first blend the sooji and soaked almond for 1 hour in mixie add a little water and make a paste... and then boil milk add the paste add some sugar or jaggery in it... and mix without gap until its turn porraidge conisitency... try it... u will see the result... am a mom of 2 yr child.... i have given this porridge from 8 months
