Give bananas and avocados as they help in weight gain. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give plain nuts and seeds to eat. Give pulses like moong Dal and masoor Dal. Give one boiled egg per day or you can even give scrambled eggs.
