A. Hi Mom, if your baby is active, happy and eating properly then nothing to worry. you can include variety of homecooked foods and avoid packed processed and junk foods include banana, potato, chikko, sprouts, pulses, variety of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, milk, paneer, milk shakes, nuts and dried fruits, porridge, pancake, chila, veg upma, poha, sheera, stuffed idli, dosa, roti or paratha, rice and daliya recipes with veggies, egg, chicken and fish if non-vegetarian etc. and use ghee in meal preparations. feed on regular intervals after 2 hours and avoid force feeding
