Full fat milk,ghee,cheese butter,curd,paneer,dal rice,curd rice,dal kichdi,dry fruits and nuts,banana,mango are rich in sugar,carbohydrates so helps in weight gain.
In addition to this if you like egg,meat atleast 3-5 meals increases weight.
