A. prefer fat and protein rich diet. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

A. Hello dear parent! Above one year you can start giving your child all the healthy homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
