#AskTheExpert We had a Baby girl born on 13th April 2022.. We have been giving her breast fed milk only.. But we are able to feed her only 4 to 4 times in a day.. Also especially in the night, she is sleeping for the whole night having a gap of 6 to 7 hrs between feeds.. Is this normal.??

A. Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
