A. Very important that a child should have proper food there should be no nutritional deficiency in the cake so give more of protein based diet to the child include everything healthy that’s important for the child to be eaten and for the time I would recommend you to start with a multivitamin supplement for the child for at least 3 to 6 months and involve your child into a physical activity like swimming which requires a lot of stamina slowly you will see the energy levels are going to rise up maintain everything properly
