As ur baby is now almost one year complete. Give all that you cook for your family. There is no restriction on that now.
Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc to ur baby
