A. nahi but allergy ho sakti hai. as per what you have told this seem s normal and does not need any medications as for now . So just do not worry about this at all

A. good morning basically the centre of a problem can happen because of the texture of the cloth I would recommend you try to make sure that the baby is wearing something soft and cotton and side and then you can make the child wear layers
