A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. try to offer fat and protein rich diet. offer more liquids and fruits to improve appetite and digestion

A. Opt for Whole grains, dals, and pulses are a good source of protein, iron and vitamin B. All of these nutrients promotes the development of a child and boosts his/her metabolism. If you want to increase your child's height, then include dals, and pulses in a daily diet.
