A. yes absolutely ok. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. You can easily get the vitamin C you need from fruits and vegetables, and your prenatal vitamins also contain vitamin C. It's not a good idea to take large doses of vitamin C when you're pregnant. The maximum daily amount that's considered safe is 1800 mg for women 18 and younger and 2000 mg for women 19 and over.
