Hello ma’am Seems like you’re over feeding the baby which is why your child is vomiting all the time so simply advise you to reduce down the amount of feed that you are giving to the child And make sure that you feed your child only as and when your child demands for it and your child should take a proper burp after every feed as that is recommended
