Monitor ovulation which occurs 12-16 days before the start of next period. Have sex every other day during the fertile window. It spans a 6 day interval that is 5 days prior to ovulation and the day of it. Strive for a healthy body weight. Take a prenatal vitamin after consulting with your doctor. Eat a variety of healthy foods. Cut back on strenuous workouts.
