Q.

#AskTheExpert Today my son, who is 3.6 years old has burnt his hand because of diya. There is small blister on his left hand. I had immediately held his hand below running tap water and later applied burnol. what more care to be taken and is it safe to visit a beach?

A. please apply silverex ointment give paracetamol relief of pain Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also

A. Its Absolutely fine it is going to settle down on its own only don’t worry about it if your child as too much of pain or your child is not able to sleep or any other issue is there then you can give paracetamol for the timing otherwise what you have done is absolutely correct
