#AskTheExpert today I introduced solid food I.e cerelac for my 5 month 24days old baby should I give me warm water also and he ate only 1spoon please help me in it

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. that's fine, do not jump to feed more in quantity initially. Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed.
weaning is a gradual process
