#asktheexpert ....this is my 2nd pregnancy of 6 month... my Hemoglobin is..8.2%...my fetus is week....what can I do

A. There are IV iron two patients that can be given to you and how do you know that there is a weakness in the fetus? Did the doctor do a scan and inform you something regarding to it?

A. Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach. Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots. Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas. Peas. iron-fortified bread and breakfast cereal. nuts and seeds. dried fruit. wholemeal pasta and bread. legumes — such as mixed beans, baked beans, lentils and chickpeas. dark leafy green vegetables — such as spinach, silver beet and broccoli.
