shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom Hair fall is because of hormonal changes in body after delivery. So you should add more iron and multivitamin supplements in your regular diet plan. And you should also start doing a massage with coconut oil and apply aloe vera an hour before bath it will help in reducing hair fall Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
