Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to evaluate once with any nutrition as your present health conditions should be examine before having crash diet.. also have more protein like white eggs in your daily diet. and avoid oily junk packed and oily food. also do yoga planks and surya namaskar on daily basis.
