A. massage the gums with the clean cotton cloth and give silicone teether to chew on them this will help in relieving the irritation in the gums start brushing as soon as the first toth erupts in your baby's mouth

A. Give Homoeopathic medication tablet number 21 that will help in easing out the process you can give teether to the child as well because that’s very helpful but keep it clean because I would get stored your child can easily catch an infection because I keep it in the mouth all the time
