#AskTheExpert Tears are coming from my baby's eyes, is this normal or not?

A. this occurs due to nasolacrimal duct obstruction which is very common in children at this age it occurs due to obstruction of pathway (nasolacrimal duct) from eyes to the nose for which eyes massage is needed regularly and this problem goes away with increasing age of the child meet your doctor for more informatioxn and also go through various videos which will also tell you how to massage the eyes to decrease the obstruction. if the obstrudction is not taken care of the proper massage it can lead to infection in the eyes( yellow secretion) and more watery eyes as well as red eyes and secretions from the eyes

A. It may be due to tear duct blocking so u can massage the nose of your child in between the eyes area clock and anti lock wise 10-15 times and the 3-4 times in the day and that’s going to n beneficial for the child as of now
