ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. In babies rashes in the neck area especially around the neck folds are the most common.
The reasons for infant neck rash range from prickly heat to skin infections like those caused by fungus.
Commonly neck rash may disappear on its own.
-Dress up your baby cotton loosly fitted top.
-Maintain Good Skin Hygiene.
-You can also try massaging your baby with coconut oil twice a day.

Atogla Cream can be applied on to the affected area I am not sure as to what kind of a rash that is but this is one of the best treatments that I can suggest you currently try it for at least a week to 10 days and see if that helps otherwise you can consult your doctor as well
