A. apply coconut oil or calamine lotion on the rashes Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

A. hi apply thin layer of mamaearth prickly heat powder or Cetaphil lotion on it. keep that area clean. prefer collar less clothes for your child.
