A. Weight of the baby in the initial months, largely depends on the birth weight. In the early months, weight gain of 140-200 gms per week is considered good and by 5th week, it should double the birth weight. If baby is between 6.2 to 7 kgs right now, that means, it is fine. Keep feeding milk fully and frequently.
