#asktheexpert suggest some effective weight loss way to loose post pregnancy weight. it's been a year and I couldn't concentrate on my weight loss. it's really depressing

A. only way to lose the excess weight is to do moderate exercises you had to work have disc what do some yoga jogging is possible restrict fat and carbohydrates in the diet

A. dear don't be depressed about this.. a little effort can make a huge difference.. you can start with Zumba classes or yoga class or gym.. you start with low intense exercise or brisk walking first. take care of diet.. restrict sweet sugar intake.. avoid oily and spicy food.. drink plenty of water..
