Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functionagul or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Common causes are constipatiuon gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 5 m old girl2 years agoA. Right now you can give paracetamol to the child that is going to help in reduction of the pain but if the pain is persistent or it’s appearing every day then in that case have an assessment with your doctor
