Q.
#asktheexpert some time she doesn't have a nap in day no matter how much I try and in that time 2 to 5 pm do inappropriate behaviour like hitting, biting, pulling my hair etc. and don't listen anything I say. what should I do? please advice me..

That’s basically due to irritation only that your child wants to sleep but despite of you trying everything if your child is not sleeping and if you have the scene that you see at a particular time your child is behaving like this so don’t let your child stay ideal that time make your child do some activity take your child out to the park or the garden so that is going to help in channelising the energy of the child
