A. Namaste Mom, You can give them oats add in dry fruits to it , or other form if you are making you can add in some vegetables to it, dalia, upma, idli, poha, stuff paranthas say with potatoes , sweet potatoes , panner etc . chillas can be made with gram flour or besan , or ragi, jowar etc with added vegetables , panner etc eggs
