please visit your gynecologist
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
wear weather appropriate clothes
drink Luke warm water with pinch of turmeric powder and salt ,in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
