At that time you can also start giving water but it is always preferable to avoid using salt sugar and honey till 1 year.
Continue breastfeeding the baby but you should make sure that you are either giving breastfeed or formula Milk but not animal milk before 1 year.
You can give rice porridge Ragi porridge mashed soft fruits like Banana Chiku Apple Puree and other seasonal fruits like mangoes, watermelons etc.

Consult your doctor for further advice. Give your baby 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
