#asktheexpert can i give little amount of salt n sugar to my 8th month old baby

A. it's better to avoid. You can give different taste by adding Cummin powder, Curry leaves, coriender leaves, ajawain (carrom seeds), cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, garlic, nutmeg, date puree, or boiled and pureed risings.

A. You should avoid instead of sugar you can go ahead with giving jaggery powder or dates syrup but salt you can definitely use and all necessary spices Desi ghee butter make it proper flavour some as we eat for our self whatever food you give should have proper flavour to be offered to the child
