whole fruit is better than fruit juice
grated and soaked dry fruits Like black currant , prunes, date , figs, nuts like almond, walnut
give whole grains like daliya, whole pulses, beans, sprouts
avoid refined grains, biscuits and frequent use of bread
boiled and cooled water intake
good fluid intake in form of water buttermilk coconut water
encourage at least one hour of outdoor play as physical activity relieves constipation
include fibre in the top food to relieve constipation
avoid refined grains like biscuit, give the Daliya , chapati soaked in dal or vegetable curry, Khichdi
give variety of seasonal vegetables especially green leafy vegetables daily, put them in Khichdi dal rice, stuff paratha
give seasonal fruit especially banana, pear papaya, peach, dates and figs, nuts.
