A. Hope you have started giving solids. You can give banana, potatoes, sweet potatoes and continue feeding breastmilk or formula. You can add homemade ghee in babys regular meals. You can also give warm rice mixed with curd around eight months. All these could help weight gain. Always follow the two day gap rule between introducing new foods.
