#asktheexpert sir please suggest name of sunscreen to be used while taking cricket training....have searched but confused which to take....presently facing bad tanning after training session....thank you.

Cetaphil SPF 50 is very good but let me tell you when the child is exposed more into sun it is bound to happen but since your child is a athlete you what you should do is you should teach your child to apply sunscreen every 3 to 5 hours so that you know whenever your child is in the sun it is not going to give such a hard effect on the skin
