tripti murtyMom of a 3 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. Make ur child drink enough water . Dry stool is usually because his intake of water is less .. maybe other reasons but you can try making him drink water

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly untijul a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
